To me personally the expression “Never, never give up” sounds pretty optimistic
but not terrible encouraging anyway. No matter how good this nice piece of
advice is, it would not always be easy to do exactly what it tells you, that is,
to brace up and keep your head above water no matter what happens. I am not sure
it is worth discussing whether this happy-go-lucky motto is in the right or in
the wrong. I simply believe that for different people placed in different
situations it may mean totally different things.

Secret of success.
Nowadays, people always want to be success in their life. With the success that they have, they will be brave to face other people who are success. There are few secrets on how to be a successful person. Firstly, it is the way how you thinking. We must always keep thinking positive. For example, think success and not to think failure. Secondly, we should write down or decide what we are going to aim in order to be success. Next, We must be act. What we aim will be useless if we are not taking any action. Besides, we should never stop learning. This is because knowledge is important in our life in order to be success. Lastly, we should be persistent and work hard. We must not give up in achieving our aim. That is why we must work hard yet smart to achieve it.

My Hero.
In this world, my hero is my daddy. Why? it is because he always support me in everything. He always taught me the good and bad things. Besides, he always comfort me whenever I feel sad. Although he is a strict person, he always friendly to me and my siblings. My dad and I like to share everything that we like. Plus, whenever I ask opinion form him, he will give many kinds of idea. He likes to make jokes whenever I feel moody. Not only that, I learned from him in how to be a cool person. Last but not least, he is a open-minded person. He will always agree in what I am doing. I am lucky to him as my daddy in this world.
Healthy Life
Our lifestyles today are very busy. We have family, school, sports, leisure and social commitments to fit into a limited time. We need to be healthy to cope with the demands of daily life. But what does it mean to have a healthy lifestyle? To have a healthy lifestyle, we need to:
• eat a variety of healthy food most of the time
• get regular exercise
• have time to relax
• get adequate sleep to give our bodies time to recover and grow
It is important to balance these aspects of life, rather than putting more
emphasis on one than another.

A helping hand
When I was watching programme about disabled people, I suddenly remember the special day for me. It was during my camp of BSMM. During that camp, we have one tough activity that is expedition while donating. I felt happy when I heard about that activity. We started our expedition at 7 o'clock morning. Before we started,we been briefing about the expedition. We have to carry foods during the journey of expedition. Why? because we will donate the foods to disabled children during expedition. When we reached to that homes of disabled children, I was touched to watch them. We distribute all the foods to them. I manage to shake hand with one of the disabled child. After we finished distribute the foods, we have photograph session with the disabled children. Then, we continued our expedition. I was happy and lucky to meet the disabled children.

Things that i like to do.
hello there,i would like to share something about things that i like to do. I like to listen to some music. Why? it is because it can make me feel calm. Whenever i am feeling stress,sad or happy, I will sure listen to some music. But, some people will say that listen to music is not good when we are revising in our subject. Well,i dislike that statement. For me,when we are revising while listening to music, it is easy to memorise what we revise. Well, it is not true that 100% people cannot memorise in subject when listening to music. Not only that, it can also promote a sound sleep. Listening to music can lead us to sleep to ensures that we get the rest that we need from our sleep which takes away the effects of stress,depression, and more. This makes me like to listen to music.
